What is a Reiki Attunement?

Reiki originates from Japan. In the Japanese language Rie means “universal” and Ki means “Life Force Energy.” An attunement begins with the Reiki Master preparing their energy through meditation and mindfulness exercises. This is followed by a very specialized and spiritual process of opening up the student’s energy channels and allowing for universal energy to move more freely throughout the body.

Benefits of an Attunement

Reiki is an energetic form of healing. It assists with restoring its natural ability to heal itself. When your energy is low, you are more susceptible to illness. Attunements can also assist with removing blockages from everyday stress, and traumas allowing for a better energy flow.
